Sandiaga: When Visiting Regions, People Want Change
Id Nasional. Candidate for Republic of Indonesia vice president number 02 Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno said that Indonesian people need leaders who have the example of an apostle, who are able to solve problems faced by the community, especially economic problems.
This was conveyed by Sandiaga while attending the commemoration of the Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad at the PKS DPP Office, South Jakarta, Sunday, January 13, 2019.
"The example of the apostle that we emulate, his noble character in dealing with this chaotic situation is very relevant. Today we emulate that noble character, one of which is trustful leadership," Sandiaga said.
Sandiaga said when he visited several regions in Indonesia, he saw enthusiasm from the people who wanted the direction of change.
Some things that are conveyed by the community such as jobs that are difficult to obtain, unstable prices of basic commodities, farmers that have not been considered by the government and other strategic points.
"It is hoped that tomorrow Prabowo will deliver his complete vision and mission and of course it is expected to be a session used to be conveyed to the public.
On the same occasion, Sandiaga also expressed his appreciation to PKS cadres who were militants at the district, city and provincial levels, who fought together for the direction of change.
"This is the aspirations of the people that we are very grateful for and become our burden, as encouragement and motivation. Me and Pak Prabowo will convince the public in the next 94 days, optimistic that this rich country can realize its potential for people's welfare," he said.
